HailPing Accessibility

HailPing is committed to providing an accessible and usable experience for visitors and account holders, including people with disabilities. This statement covers the public HailPing website and the HailPing mobile application.

1. Our Ongoing Work

We use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.2 Level AA) and applicable mobile-platform accessibility guidance as references in our ongoing accessibility work across the public HailPing website and mobile application.

Accessibility is an ongoing process. Content, interactive maps, charts, tables, third-party services, browsers, devices, and assistive technologies can change. We do not represent that every page, report, visualization, feature, or third-party component will satisfy every accessibility guideline in every circumstance.

Our work includes reviewing keyboard navigation, visible focus, headings and landmarks, form labels and errors, color contrast, zoom and reflow, alternative text, reduced motion, interactive controls, maps, tables, status messages, and compatibility with assistive technology. Automated testing is supplemented with manual review where practical.

2. Need Assistance?

If an accessibility issue prevents you from accessing information, creating or managing an account, purchasing or canceling a subscription, configuring an alert, viewing a report, or completing another action, contact us:

Email: help@hailping.com

Tell us, if possible, the webpage, app screen, or feature involved, what you were trying to accomplish, and the difficulty you encountered. We will make reasonable efforts to provide the information, communication, or service through an accessible alternative and investigate the underlying issue.

If an accessibility issue concerns billing or cancellation, say so in your message — or use this billing accessibility link — so it can be routed appropriately. Do not use HailPing or its accessibility contact method for an emergency. Use official emergency and weather sources.

3. Third-Party Content and Data Visualizations

HailPing uses maps, weather information, business data, payment and identity services, and other components that may be supplied by third parties. We encourage providers to make their services accessible. Please report a barrier involving third-party content so we can investigate, provide assistance where reasonably possible, and consider an alternative.

Where a map, chart, radar visualization, or other visual presentation contains material information, we work to provide meaningful text, tabular, summary, or support-based alternatives where reasonably possible.

4. Accessibility Feedback Form

You do not need to identify your browser, application version, device type, or operating system. The form automatically records limited technical details — the webpage or app screen, submission time, browser or application version, device and operating-system information, viewport or screen dimensions, language, and time zone — to help us reproduce the issue. We do not build a persistent fingerprint or collect your exact location.

Please avoid including passwords, payment information, government identification numbers, medical information, or other sensitive personal information. This form does not accept file uploads. If a screenshot would help, email it to help@hailping.com and crop or cover anything not needed to show the accessibility problem.

Information submitted through this form is used to investigate and respond to your accessibility request, provide an accessible alternative when reasonably possible, document and remediate the reported issue, maintain security, and comply with law. Accessibility submissions are not used to enroll you in marketing, create advertising or retargeting audiences, or train models. See the HailPing Privacy Policy for more information.

If the form itself is difficult to use, contact us by email using the address above.

5. Feedback and Updates

Accessibility feedback helps us identify and address barriers. We may update this statement as the Service and our accessibility practices change.
