Accessibility at HailPing
HailPing is committed to providing a website that is accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities.
We are working to improve the accessibility and usability of HailPing and use the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines, WCAG 2.2 Level AA, as our current accessibility target.
Accessibility is an ongoing process. Although we test and improve the website regularly, some content or features may not yet work perfectly with every assistive technology, browser, or device.
Need help using HailPing?
If an accessibility issue prevents you from accessing information or completing an action, email help@hailping.com. Tell us which page or feature caused the problem, what you were trying to do, and the assistive technology, browser, or device you were using if you are comfortable sharing that information.
We will review the issue and make reasonable efforts to provide the information or assistance through an accessible alternative while the issue is being addressed.
Helpful details to include
- The page address or name
- A description of the problem
- What you were trying to accomplish
- Your browser and device
- Any assistive technology being used
Our accessibility efforts
Our accessibility work includes reviewing keyboard navigation, focus visibility, page structure, color contrast, form instructions and errors, alternative text, responsive layouts, interactive controls, maps, tables, and compatibility with common assistive technologies.
Third-party services
Some HailPing features may rely on third-party services or embedded content that we do not fully control. We still want to know when those services create an accessibility barrier so we can investigate the issue, provide assistance when possible, and consider more accessible alternatives.
Feedback
Accessibility feedback helps us find and correct barriers. Contact help@hailping.com to report a problem or request assistance.
