Hail Ping is operated by Storm Digital. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect information when you visit hailping.com, create an account, purchase a report, view storm data, use our tools, or contact us.
Hail Ping is intended for users located in the United States only. We do not intentionally offer Hail Ping to users outside the United States.

1. Information We Collect
We collect only the information reasonably needed to operate Hail Ping, provide storm reports, process purchases, secure the service, respond to support requests, and improve the product.
We may collect:

- Payment and transaction information, including purchase history, billing status, product access, and payment confirmation details. Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store your full credit card number.

- Storm report activity, including the reports, maps, markets, and data views you access.

2. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect
Hail Ping is not designed to collect sensitive personal information.

Do not send sensitive personal information through Hail Ping or support emails.

Hail Ping is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
If you believe a child has provided personal information to us, contact help@hailping.com and we will take reasonable steps to delete it.

Hail Ping is intended for users located in the United States. We do not intentionally offer Hail Ping to users outside the United States.
If you access Hail Ping from outside the United States, you do so at your own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The updated version will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Hail Ping after changes are posted means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
