What can I access for free?
A free account on iPhone gets the storm list, search and map, hail alerts for your states, and a GO or VERIFY on every new storm. New reports open as a preview. Reports 14 days and older open in full. Lead lists and exports stay Pro.
What happens to a report after 14 days?
The full report opens with a free account: every hail report and pin, the ranked priority areas, figures not ranges, and the market and method sections. Lead lists, competitor and partner lists, PDF briefings and CSV exports stay Pro at any report age.
What does HailPing Pro include?
Every new storm in full the day it posts, every ranked priority area, full lead lists with call and directions, detailed hail maps, radar replay on new storms, PDF and CSV exports, radius alerts, and address history day by day.
Are hail alerts free?
Yes. Free accounts get push or email alerts for the states they pick, with hail size, place, exposure and report count. Pro adds your trade’s verdict and where to start, plus radius alerts. Alerts describe hail that has already fallen. They are for business planning, not weather warnings.
Can I export or share a briefing?
Pro can export any briefing as a PDF and any lead list as a CSV from the app. A free account can read a report once it is 14 days old, but cannot export it.
Can I look up a specific address?
Yes. Search any address in the app and a free account sees the hail days, the largest estimate and the newest storm day. The day-by-day history, saved places and business search are Pro.
Does choosing a trade unlock Pro?
No. Your trade only changes which verdict and labels you see. Free and Pro stay the same.
Does Pro include every storm report?
Pro opens every published report in full the day it posts, across the continental US. A storm without enough local data may publish as a limited report with hail facts only.
How do I subscribe to HailPing Pro?
Download the app for iPhone, create your free account, then upgrade inside the app. Billing runs through your App Store account.
Can I use HailPing before subscribing?
Yes. A free account gets alerts, your trade’s GO or VERIFY on every new storm, and full reports once they are 14 days old. The app shows the price and terms before you pay.
