HailPing provides storm intelligence, public and paid reports, maps, alerts, business and market context, modeled exposure, industry-specific assessments, and related information. HailPing is provided for informational and business-planning purposes.

1. Not an Official Weather or Emergency Service

HailPing is not an official weather-warning service, meteorological authority, emergency-alert system, government agency, public-safety service, or substitute for official information.

Do not rely on HailPing for severe-weather warnings, evacuation, emergency response, life-safety decisions, travel safety, route planning, or protection of people, vehicles, buildings, equipment, or other property.

For official information, consult the National Weather Service, NOAA, local emergency management, and other appropriate authorities.

2. Data May Be Incomplete, Delayed, or Incorrect

HailPing may use public, government, and third-party data; weather and radar information; storm reports; maps; demographic and market information; business listings; provider-supplied information; internal calculations; and modeled or automated analysis.

Source data and HailPing outputs may be delayed, incomplete, duplicated, inaccurate, unavailable, misclassified, based on assumptions, or later corrected. Reports may not represent every observation or condition. Maps and boundaries are approximate.

Where a report identifies its data sources, those sources are listed on the report itself. Source names are used to identify the origin of information only.

3. Modeled Information Is Not Confirmed Damage

Vehicle exposure, housing exposure, repair demand, claim potential, market opportunity, competition, target, timing, confidence, and similar values are estimates or contextual signals. Direct Hit, Potential Adjacent Impact, GO, VERIFY, and OLD are HailPing assessment labels — not verified field conditions.

HailPing does not guarantee that:

• hail occurred at a particular property or vehicle;
• any roof, vehicle, or other property was damaged;
• an insurance claim exists, will be filed, or will be covered;
• a listed business, seller, dealer, property, or person is affected or interested;
• repair demand, lead volume, or a profitable market exists;
• a crew or business will obtain work or revenue; or
• any recommendation will produce a particular result.

4. Field Verification and Safety Remain Your Responsibility

You are responsible for independently verifying weather, damage, access, market conditions, business information, and every fact material to your decision.

You are also responsible for travel, route and site safety, employee and contractor safety, training, licensing, insurance, equipment, inspections, property access, and compliance with instructions from officials. Storm conditions and storm-affected areas may present serious hazards. HailPing does not direct or supervise field activity.

5. No Professional, Insurance, or Business Advice

HailPing does not provide legal, financial, tax, insurance, claims-adjusting, engineering, meteorological, safety, investment, or other professional advice. HailPing does not establish coverage, causation, damage, scope of repair, price, legal compliance, or the proper course of action for your business.

Consult qualified professionals and official sources when appropriate.

6. Marketing and Third-Party Contact

Business listings, competition information, possible targets, referrals, or market information do not authorize contact, solicitation, entry onto property, or use of third-party information.

You are responsible for complying with advertising, telemarketing, text-message, email, door-to-door, privacy, trespass, licensing, insurance, and consumer-protection laws, including consent and do-not-contact requirements.

7. Alerts Are Not Guaranteed

HailPing alerts, emails, push notifications, and account messages may be delayed, duplicated, filtered, misdirected, or not delivered. Alert settings may not capture every storm or report. Do not use HailPing alerts for emergency or safety purposes.

8. Third-Party Information and Services

Third-party names, business listings, data, maps, marks, and services belong to their respective owners. Their inclusion does not imply affiliation, sponsorship, endorsement, accuracy, or availability.

Unless expressly stated, HailPing and Storm Digital are not affiliated with or endorsed by NOAA, the National Weather Service, any government agency, insurer, repair network, roofing network, manufacturer, mapping provider, or data provider.

9. No Warranties; Limitation of Liability

HailPing is provided "as is" and "as available." To the fullest extent permitted by law, Storm Digital disclaims warranties regarding accuracy, completeness, currency, availability, reliability, non-infringement, merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and suitability for a business, safety, travel, marketing, insurance, or operational decision.

Use of HailPing and reliance on its content are at your own risk and are subject to the warranty disclaimers and liability limitations in the HailPing Terms of Service. Nothing in this Disclaimer limits a right or responsibility that cannot lawfully be limited.

10. Corrections

If you believe a report or listing contains a material error, email help@hailping.com with enough information to identify the item. We may review and correct information but do not guarantee a particular outcome or response time.
